Certified Chemicals

We recognize the potential dangers of traditional cleaning methods. Harsh chemicals can lead to health problems and environmental harm. That’s why we opt for green alternatives in our commercial cleaning services. Our chemical products are third party or Green Earth certified and are tested for high performance.

Institutionally Approved Vacuums

We invest in top-tier energy-efficient vacuum equipment approved by the Carpet and Rug Institute (CRI), ensuring effective dirt collection without redistributing it into the air. Our use of HEPA and ULPA filtration systems removes 99.9% of particles, significantly improving indoor air quality and reducing asthma triggers in buildings, all while maintaining carpet integrity.

Dilution Control

We utilize safe, spill-proof dilution control systems, enabling us to avoid “Ready to Use” products and significantly reduce waste. For example, a single concentrated bottle of our diluted chemicals is equivalent to approximately 544 “Ready to Use” bottles. This approach not only minimizes waste but also reduces emissions by decreasing the volume of liquid and packaging required for shipping.

Microfiber Systems

We utilize durable and reusable microfiber towels that capture and remove 99% of dust. Unlike low-quality cotton or paper products that spread germs, create more waste, and require more water, our microfiber towels effectively collect dust and contribute to a cleaner, more sustainable environment.

Recycling Programs

We collaborate with our partners to develop customized waste recycling programs or seamlessly integrate with their existing systems. For those who opt for our Consumables Supply and Management Services, we can identify and provide eco-friendly paper products, further enhancing their sustainability efforts. Eco-friendly product can be made of renewable materials, are not whitened by chlorine or other harmful chemicals, aim to procure larges rolls to reduce packaging and shipping waste.
