Our Mission

Our Story
After graduating from the Rice Jones Graduate School of Business, David pursued an acquisition of a janitorial company for years but eventually decided to start his own enterprise after realizing the companies he evaluated didn’t have the professional characteristics needed for service excellence. David's wife, Madi, with her background in pharmaceutical sales, also observed that many medical facilities fell short of maintaining optimal cleanliness standards.
David saw an opportunity to integrate more systems, procedures, and technology into the industry to ensure consistency, quality, and seamless communication between partners. He developed a business model driven by aligned incentives by concentrating on select partnerships instead of chasing endless account volume to ensure partners receive the focus and attention they deserve and strong relationships are maintained.
To provide superior service, a hiring and training system was designed to attract and retain top-notch candidates, backed by a strong culture and unique employee incentive program.
David grew up in Mandeville, Louisiana, where his entrepreneurial spirit sparked in elementary school when he started selling candy on the school bus. His passion for business continued to grow through high school, where he began investing in stocks, and led him to pursue a finance degree at LSU. It was there that he met Madi, who shared his passion and had a natural talent for business. After graduating, David and Madi moved to Houston, near Madi's hometown of The Woodlands, Texas. Before entering the facility services industry, David's career spanned corporate banking, investment banking, private equity, and corporate development. He also holds an MBA from the Rice Jones School of Business. Madi's career has primarily focused on pharmaceutical sales. Today, David and Madi live and run their business in Houston, alongside their dog, Archie.
